Okay so basically I've been too busy to visit here.

Just check out when was my previous post and you'll know the reason why.

Ever since school starts at the end of April, it's busy busy busy all the way.

Asian Cuisine Practicum (ACP) was really fun, we get to explore new stuff.

I had so much fun exploring all the different supermarkets to do research on assignments.

It's really something that pushes us to know more in depth about food.

And yup, I pretty much feel more at ease when the class is back together again.

It's all about team work and initiative.

Aww I really hope during holidays we're all gonna have class activities!

I was really glad that in ACP, we took orders from staff and students and prepare lunch for them.

It's good that we are learning many things at one time.

We not only learn about food ingredients and cooking techniques but also servicing etc.

It's more like the satisfaction after accomplishing something that fills our heart with happiness.

It's really a valuable experience in the kitchen with the rest of my classmates.

Provided that we're all having fun and these memories are very precious to us.

Maybe after this upcoming holiday when I'll start Western Cuisine Practicum (WCP),

I might experience something different.

WCP focuses on team work as well as coming together to think of menus etc.

Although I have a feeling WCP would be tougher but I'm still looking forward to it.

Not to say I'm really excited to Baking Practicum (BP) which I would be taking next sem (:
