After three days of working part-time chef, I really learnt a lot from those chefs and it's totally amazing working in a commercial kitchen. Although most of the work is based on cuisine and not baking, they are lots of things that I didn't expect to be able to manage. Despite the aching of legs and neck by standing almost more than 12 hours (I've been working for 14 hours a day), that's tiring indeed but I'm earning $400 just in three days ^ ^
There's a lot of things I found it fun in the kitchen. I get to pipe mayonnaise using the piping bag and lots of garnishing that I didn't get to try in my school bistro and deli~ I still managed to do some parts for the pastries but most of it is just cutting and cutting, sometimes it gets a bit boring and my fingers are tired. Last thing I want to highlight is that the chefs are really nice but it's predicted that you'll get some scolding for committing mistakes (:
Bad thing is that when my holiday resumes after working the part-time job, I have the urge of going to K-box D: I don't know why but recently I enjoyed singing so much. Maybe I should really consider going to K-box anytime soon!~ Catch up with you guys next time ♥
